(1) Those who know that they have committed an offense under the Act can file a complaint with the relevant local level judicial committee.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the committee may immediately order the relevant ward office to make a report after making the necessary investigation.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), it shall be the duty of the concerned Ward.
(4) In sub-rule (1), the Judicial Committee shall give the person against whom the complaint is made an opportunity of hearing with an opportunity to submit his statement in writing before making a decision on the complaint against the Russian Insurance Company.
(5) The judicial committee shall disclose the grounds and reasons in relation to the complaint filed in accordance with the same. Aingsai has to send such a person in writing to the authorized officer for necessary action for committing an offense according to clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Act.
(7) If written according to sub-rule (6), the authorized officer shall take action according to the prevailing law and inform the judicial committee as well.
